How we can help
Pre-planning a celebration-of-life ceremony
Sometimes a person knows best what kind of farewell they wish for. During pre-planning, we help talk those thoughts through in peace, put them into words, and shape them into a whole.
The service includes:

- —gathering your life story and important memories
- —creating the ceremony concept
- —documenting your wishes
- —preparing a written summary
If you wish, we can also help create a video message, a memorial video, or other personal material for your loved ones.
Organising a celebration-of-life ceremony
If a person has not been able to plan their wishes in advance, or loved ones wish to create a personal farewell for them, we help prepare the ceremony and carry it out with dignity. If you wish, we take on the entire organisation, or help precisely in the stages where you need support the most.

Depending on your wishes, we can help find and coordinate, for example:

Conducting the ceremony
If you wish, we conduct the ceremony ourselves. Our role is to guide the flow of the ceremony, welcome the guests, and create a calm, dignified, and supportive atmosphere.
We want loved ones to be able to focus on each other on that day — not on practical arrangements.

Every celebration-of-life ceremony is personal. That is why the final quote is always prepared according to the client's wishes and chosen solutions. All prices include a personal approach and thorough preparation.
First meeting

During the meeting:

Pre-planning your own celebration-of-life ceremony
From €450
The service includes:
- —a personal consultation (online or in person)
- —mapping your wishes and ideas
- —creating the celebration-of-life ceremony concept
- —gathering your life story and important memories
- —documenting your ceremony wishes
- —a written summary
Visits within the city of Tartu are free of charge. Elsewhere in Estonia by agreement.
For an additional fee, we can create a personal memorial video or record a video message for your loved ones.
Organising a celebration-of-life ceremony
From €800
The final price depends on:
- —the scope of the ceremony
- —the location
- —the price lists of the chosen partners
- —the client's individual wishes
If you wish, we organise the entire process from start to finish, involving trusted partners (ceremony conducting, venues, music, catering, technical solutions, floral arrangements, and more).
